Huntington Court Wins Last Tray Standing Competition

We are so proud to announce that Residence at Huntington Court won the regional round of the Premier Culinary Competition Last Tray Standing competition hosted by Foundations Health Solutions! Big congratulations to our amazing Dietary Manager, Terri, for this achievement. We are so lucky to have her leading our Dietary Team in serving delicious and nutritious meals to our residents. This accomplishment shows just how much Terri cares about bringing tasty meals to Huntington Court!



The Last Tray Standing competition brings all eight buildings in our division together. Each manager was asked to make a meal that they would typically serve to residents. Three judges from our corporate office voted on which dish they enjoyed the most while judging on presentation, taste, and temperature.

Terri blew the judges away with her BBQ chicken, greens, fried corn, and strawberry shortcake! Terri and her team of assistants, Nikki and Roneka, will advance to the final competition in Columbus. We can't wait to see what our team will prepare for the State Championship. Good luck to our Dietary Team! Keep making us proud and providing delicious meals for our residents!
