Outdoor Visitation Update at Huntington Court

July 17, 2020
Hamilton, Ohio - Dear Families and Friends of the residents at The Residence At Huntington Court,

Beginning on July 20th, Governor Mike DeWine will relax regulations to allow family/resident visitation. The visitation is for "Outside of the Facility" with all parties wearing masks and practicing social distancing 6 feet apart. Huntington Court gladly welcomes this change and is offering various scheduled time slots Monday through Friday during the month of July to accommodate visitation.
Huntington Court request the Families/POA's abide by the following rules:
1. Visitors will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19; visitors must pass the screen to allow the visitation.
2. Visitors must show a government-issued photo ID and have your information logged by the facility.
3. Screened and approved visitors are required to provide their own mask and must wear a mask during the visit.
4. No children under two years of age will be permitted to visit, children over two must wear a mask the entire time.
5. Maximum of 3 visitors per visit with the resident.
6. No physical contact with the resident.
7. Visitation is limited to 30 minutes or less due to high summer temperatures.
8. Visitations will be conducted under a covered porch located at the front of the facility.
9. Huntington Court staff will be present to monitor compliance in order to maintain our COVID-19 free building.
10. Hand hygiene will be available to visitors and residents for use before, during, and after the visitation time.
11. Huntington Court can accommodate two residents/families per time slot and will both occur on the same porch.
12. If you require a more private setting, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
13. In order to allow visitation for everyone, we ask that you allow 72hrs between visits.
14. Scheduled time slots for July are as follows: We will update with additional times for the month of August
Monday and Friday: 1pm, 130pm, 2pm, 230pm, 3pm, 330pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9am, 930am, 10am, 1030am and 11am
15. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to you scheduled visit time to allow for the screening process.
Please contact the facility directly at 513-863-4218 and ask to speak with Patty Moeggenberg, Director of Activities, during normal business hours Monday-Friday to schedule your visit.
We believe this will allow everyone the opportunity to visit with their loved one at a time the works for both parties for the month of July. These times are established so they do not interfere with resident meal times and staff giving care. There will be no exceptions to this time schedule for us to maintain a COVID-19 free building.

Again additional days and times will be available during the month of August.
We look forward to this change and look forward to you connecting with your loved ones.
Best Regards,
The Staff at Huntington Court
