A Letter to Our Staff

All of us at Huntington Court are so humbled to receive a letter like this from a recent family. It touches our hearts to feel the true impact our care has on residents and families alike. We know that finding a long-term care facility can be difficult, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care.

"Dear Huntington Court Staff,

Thank you for the beautiful flowers I received from your facility when Walter passed away a few weeks ago.

As a recently retired hospital nurse, I experienced first-hand the many challenges during the initial outbreak of covid. This entailed physical, emotional, spiritual, and staffing shortages to provide care to patients in my care. I think the most challenging part was being patient, which I've seen the same struggles with your staff.

I want to thank EVERYONE from ADMINISTRATION to the NURSE AIDES for rising to these challenges during Walters' stay with your facility. I felt he got the most wonderful care based on a few facilities he was previously in.

For this, I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to you ALL! Please share this with your staff.
