National Healthcare Food Service Week at Hamilton Nursing Home
October 14, 2019What a great week at Huntington Court celebrating National Dietary week!! We need to recognize the dedication of our employees but, be sure to include the residents in on the fun in their home!! All of our Dietary team participated in a cookie decorating contest judged by the residents. Lots of yummy fun!! Thank you for all your hard work, dietary, and to our residents on judging!
How do you celebrate National Dietary week without a little torturous fun for the dietary manager and lots of laughs for the residents!? Adam was gracious enough to participate in the food challenge for the resident's weekly social hour. He had to taste and feel food blindfolded and try to figure out what it was. You know lots of yummy stuff; sardines, cactus, just a few of the tastings, along with a handful of raw chicken livers!
The resident's and staff had lots of good laughs at his expense, thank you for being such a good sport and great leader Adam!
